Teaching haircuts in Indonesia

Natalie Hazelden (a parent at GCC) is wanting to fund herself to go over to Indonesia to teach in the poorest communities to cut hair as part of a Hair Aid team. She is also involved in volunteering here in Australia to cut homeless and underprivileged people’s hair in the communities.

The Facebook page with all the information can be found here.

She is holding a few local events where people can join in helping her raise the funds.

The first event is being held in Beerwah at the CWA Hall on 15 June at 5:00pm.
A Swap, Sell and Buy event where people can bring their preloaded wardrobes for a
$15 entry fee which will go to the cause and give you a free glass of Champagne. Then all your money from sales you keep. Just rock up and set up your stand!

The second event is in Caloundra and is an Asian Buffet lunch at Wung Nam Thai Restaurant in Bulcock esplanade in Caloundra with guest speakers and an auction. Tickets can be purchased here.
