Market Chef

These four Year 10 students; Oskar Burkhardt, Emily Grigor, Courtney Hughes and Flynn Harding, went to Eumundi for the morning, to work with a chef from the Restaurant Gaton at Noosa.
They learnt different culinary skills and produced an excellent dish – Marinated Prawns with a Asian Salad. It was a great experience for them to see how the Hospitality Industry operates.
