On the 1 May, Year 5G had a great afternoon feeling like Junior Masterchefs. We got hair nets and aprons (which were down to our feet). All geared up and ready to cook. Washing our hands was a must!
We gathered all the equipment we needed and started to collect our ingredients; flour, sugar, coconut, oats, butter and Golden Syrup (YUM). Sizzle went the butter….. Fizz went the syrup….. stir in the rest.
As the mixed ingredients were complete, trays came out 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, even 7 per group. Mrs Newman came for a taste test, “I’m in Heaven,” she said
When we were done, the kitchen smelt divine. ANZAC biscuits were loaded up and given to us to devour. Thank You Miss Devitt!
