My Year 10 Hospitality class enjoyed the wonderful experience of working with a Chef in preparing two Asian dishes. ‘FRESH’ restaurant at Noosa, was well organised and very accommodating for the students. It was set up in a undercover area away from guests, and students had the opportunity to expand on their culinary skills using Asian ingredients. The chef also demonstrated how to plate up the dishes with a variety of garnishes. A very enjoyable excursion.
