How to make a Payment

Glasshouse Christian College has a range of payment options available for your convenience. Tuition fees can be paid in person at the Main Administration Office between the hours of 8:30am and 3:30pm or via any of the options below.

Phone Payments

Fee payments can be made by calling 1300 885 175, 24 hours a day. To make a payment through this method please ensure you have the College’s Biller Code 203554 and your Family Code ready. Your Family Code can be found at the top right corner of your Fee Statement.

Online Payments

In conjunction with Westpac Bank, Glasshouse Christian College has established an online payment option for our families. Credit card payments can be made through a secure Westpac site by clicking here. To make a payment via this method please ensure you have your Family Code ready.

Direct Debit Terms and Conditions
