Patrick Mackie triathlon

Congratulations to Patrick Mackie in Year 8 who competed in the all schools triathlon at Kawana recently. Patrick did so well that he was selected for the Sunshine Coast Triathlon team and is looking forward to the state championships next February.  

Strong performances at interschool AFL

The last interschool sport for this year has just been completed with the Year 5 and 6 students competing in AFL against other local Glasshouse schools. A huge week or athletics at state championships

We are very proud of the GCC students who competed at the Queensland State Athletics Championships held recently in Brisbane. Lainey Grieve and Amy Trevan both competed in the 12-year-old girls high jump against very talented jumpers from all over Queensland. The girls both jumped 1.38m and finished 7th equal which was a great achievement.
